| History |
| Cupit Records, a division of Cupit Music Group, was established 1980 by industry veteran Jerry Cupit. Jerry has worked with such artists as John Anderson, George Jones, Hank Williams Jr., Lonestar, Tim McGraw, Ken Mellons, Kevin Sharp, Jo-El Sonnier and many others. Jerry has enjoyed a successful career in the entertainment industry as an accomplished songwriter, musician, author, producer, publisher, and manager. Jerry has won awards for his songwriting talent from BMI and ASCAP, including the millionaire award for his writing contribution to "Jukebox Junkie" as well as the Tennessee Songwriter's Association Hallmark Award. In addition, Jerry has authored two very successful books, Nashville Songwriting and a new gift book titled Daddy Always Said . |

| Is a booking agency that works primarily with talent buyers at arenas, concert halls, fairs, festivals, corporate events and other venues, to schedule performances for recording artists primarily on the Cupit Records roster. | Cupit Promotions |
| Handles radio and video promotion of all singles, albums and videos of artists on Cupit Records. Cupit Promotions coordinates and works with outside promoters, throughout the U.S. to continue developing its presence at radio stations, video networks and other viable media outlets to reach the consumer. |

| Cupit Studios, located just minutes from downtown Nashville in Antioch, TN and next to Hickory Hollow Mall, is a state-of-the-art Pro Tools Recording facility designed to meet the needs of every music professional, from the beginner who wants a nice, quality demo to an industry veteran producing a professional, custom album project. Cupit Studios has been used by such artists as George Jones, Tim McGraw, Dolly Parton, BJ Thomas, Ken Mellons, Kevin Sharp, Petula Clark, David Frizzell, Jo-El Sonnier, Lonestar, Allen Frizzell, Jimmy C Newman and such labels as Curb, Asylum, MCA, Sony, Rounder Records also from Sound Creations, and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Community.
